Getting to Daydream Island is easy. Fly in to Hamilton Island and then relax for the 30 minute launch transfer to Daydream Island with Cruise Whitsundays. Alternatively, travel to Port of Airlie in Airlie Beach on the mainland and take the Cruise Whitsundays launch transfer to the island. Daydream Island also has a helipad.
Direct flights to Hamilton Island are available from Sydney, Cairns, Brisbane and Melbourne with connections from other cities.
Direct flights to Whitsunday Coast Airport in Proserpine on the mainland are also available from Brisbane with connections from southern cities. Coach transfers are available from this airport to connect with the launch transfer in Port of Airlie to Daydream Island.
